The grant date fair value of the time-based RSU awards was computed in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 718, based on the closing market price of our common stock on the grant date. Amounts shown in this column represent the grant date fair value of stock option awards granted to each of our NEOs in the fiscal years indicated. Grant date fair value is calculated in accordance with the requirements of FASB ASC Topic 718 using the Black-Scholes method. The assumptions used in determining the grant date fair value of the 2020 awards are set forth in Note 4 to the financial statements contained in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. For fiscal year 2020, Mr. Wine’s amount represents the grant date fair value of stock options equal to 3,500,007 and the incremental fair value related to the modification of certain stock options related to Mr. Wine’s departure equal to 531,127 computed as of the modification date in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 718.
