Retired Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Africa and Middle East region, followed by the Asia Pacific and Africa region at AGCO Corporation (a manufacturer and marketer of agricultural machinery and solutions). From prior to 2021 to February 2026, Director of Hillenbrand, Inc. (a global diversified industrial goods and machinery company). From April 2024 to present, Director of Proventia Group Oyj (a private company focused on emission controls) Mr. Collar has over 20 years of experience leading, managing and overseeing global operations at a Fortune 500 company within the manufacturing industry which enables him to make significant contributions to our Board of Directors. Mr. Collar has considerable experience managing and overseeing labor and human capital risks globally as well as overseeing global development and manufacturing worldwide. In addition, through Mr. Collar's current and prior board and committee experience, he provides valuable insight on executive compensation and related matters.
