Christopher Mirabelli
Dr. Mirabelli, age 71, has served as the Chairman of our Board since January 2016 and as a director since January 2011, and will step down from the Board when his term expires at the 2026 Annual Meeting. Dr. Mirabelli formerly served as our Chief Executive Officer and President from our inception in January 2011 until April 2020. Dr. Mirabelli has been a managing director of HealthCare Ventures LLC since August 2000. From December 1999 to May 2000, Dr. Mirabelli served as president of pharmaceutical research and development and as a member of the board of directors of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., following its merger with LeukoSite Inc., where Dr. Mirabelli had been serving as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors since 1993.
