SVP & GM, Global Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory Affairs Stock Awards: The stock awards column represents aggregate grant date fair value of restricted stock unit awards and performance share awards granted in the respective fiscal year as computed in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 718, Compensation - Stock Compensation. Accordingly, the grant date fair value of restricted stock units was determined by multiplying the number of restricted stock units by the closing stock price on the date of grant, while the grant date fair value of performance share awards was determined using a Monte Carlo simulation. The assumptions used in the valuation of stock-based awards are discussed in Note 13 to our Audited Consolidated Financial Statements included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2025.
