Bel Lazar

Mr. Lazar is currently Chief Operations Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Efficient Power Conversion, a leading provider of gallium nitride (GaN)-based power management technology (2015 to present); and Chief Executive Officer of EPC Space LLC, a high reliability wide-gap power management technology company, and was previously President and CEO of Spectrum Control, formerly API Technologies Corp. and a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. Lazar previously held other leadership roles at Infineon and Microchip. Mr. Lazar brings to the Board his experience in management and aerospace manufacturing operations within our industry, and significant mergers and acquisition experience.
