Amounts listed for fiscal year 2024, represents amounts earned for the 12-month period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and paid in 2025. The amounts reported in the “All Other Compensation” column for fiscal year 2024 reflect 401(k) matching contributions of $13,800 for Dr. Ragan and Mr. Baldry, respectively, and the value of group term life insurance provided to each NEO. The amount reported represents a discretionary bonus earned by Mr. Mostafa in 2024 in recognition of his contributions to the sale of a rare pediatric disease priority review voucher for a lump sum payment of $105.0 million in May 2024 (the “PRV Sale”).
