Item5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On February 11, 2022, Board of Director of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from August 31 to December 31. As a result of this change, the Company will file an annual report of Form 10-KT that will cover four-month transition period from September 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Following the filing of the Form 10-KT for the four-month transition period ended December 31,2021, the Company will commence reporting on a calendar year schedule with financial results of the quarter ended March 31, 2022, reported on a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q in May 2022.
