Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 19, 2025, Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.05 per common share, payable on March 19, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc.
