Item 8.01. Other Events.
ETF Managers Group Commodity Trust I (the “Trust”) states that it expects to file its Current Report on Form 8-K that includes the audited financial statements of ETF Managers Capital, LLC, the commodity pool operator (the “Sponsor”) of the Trust (the “Current Report”), by on or about June 3, 2020. The delay is due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic impacting the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s auditor.
