Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 1, 2024, Beam Global (the “Company”) was informed by Sandra Peterson, the Company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, that she will resign from her position effective December 31, 2024, for personal reasons. Ms. Peterson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between Ms. Peterson and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
