Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 24, 2024, the Company accepted the resignation of Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer Elizabeth Miller, effective immediately. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms. Miller for her service to the Company and its shareholders since 2018.
