SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM

On September 6, 2024, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Bitdeer Technologies Group (the “Company”) approved a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to US$10,000,000 worth of its Class A ordinary shares, effective from September 9, 2024 through September 8, 2025.
