Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Office
On May 26, 2022, Warren Walsh was appointed Chief Operating Officer, as well as Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Walsh has more than 12 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer for the social media Company Umiie World Inc. Prior, Mr. Walsh was a Senior Project Manager for BBC WorldWide.
