The Company’s leadership team provided updates on the Company’s long-term strategy using the presentation furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and incorporated by reference herein. The Inaugural Investor Day was webcasted live and a link to a replay of the webcast and the presentation materials will be available on the Company’s investor relations website at investor.chewy.com for at least ninety (90) days.
