On May 15, 2025, Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company had declared a dividend to be paid during the second quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

CINEMARK DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND OF $0.08

PLANO, Texas, May 15, 2025 -- Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (“Cinemark”) (NYSE: CNK), one of the largest and most influential theatrical exhibition companies in the world, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 12, 2025 to stockholders of record on May 29, 2025.
