Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 20, 2025, DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release and detailed presentation announcing its financial position as of December 31, 2024 and its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
