Item3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On April 23, 2024, Embrace Change Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) received a delisting determination letter from the Listing Qualifications of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC advising the Company that the Company has not paid its assessed fees required by Listing Rule 5250(f).
The Company subsequently paid the outstanding fee.
