Explanatory Note

On May 12, 2026, S&P Global Ratings Maalot Ltd., submitted a ratings report to the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange regarding the unsecured series G notes to be issued by Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd. (the “Company”)

An unofficial English translation of such ratings report from the original binding Hebrew version is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
