Item1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective on October 25, 2021, the Greater Cannabis Company, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated its service agreement with Mark Radom, its general counsel based on their mutual agreement in light of Mr. Radom’s resignation from his position as the Company’s general counsel in order to pursue other opportunities.

(b)Departure of Officers and Directors
Effective immediately after the filing of this report, Mark Radom resigned from his position of general counsel of the Company. The Company has not replaced Mr. Radom with another executive.
