On December 30, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the formation of a dedicated R&D and Innovation Lab and the hiring of fourteen (14) senior AI specialists and senior software engineers. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
