CAUTIONARY STATEMENT REGARDING FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS
This Form 6-K Report and the exhibit hereto (including the management presentation referenced in such exhibit) contain certain ‘forward-looking statements” made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 and the provisions of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to, statements regarding our or our management’s anticipations, expectations, hopes, beliefs, intentions or strategies regarding the future (including, without limitation, with respect to the Company’s drilling plans AT Kruh Block and exploration plans at Citarum Block) and other statements that are other than statements of historical fact. In addition, any statements that refer to projections, forecasts or other characterizations of future events or circumstances, including any underlying assumptions, are forward-looking statements. The words “explore,” “could,” “estimates,” “seek,” “believes,” “hopes,” “understand,” “expects,” “intends,” “on-track”, “plans,” “anticipates,” “aim,” “goal,” “may” or derivatives of these words and similar expressions may identify forward-looking statements, but the absence of these words does not mean that a statement is not forward-looking.
The forward-looking statements in this Form 6-K Report and the exhibit hereto are based upon various assumptions, many of which are based, in turn, upon further assumptions, including without limitation, management’s examination of historical operating trends, data contained in our records and other data available from third parties. Although we believe that these assumptions were reasonable when made, because these assumptions are inherently subject to significant uncertainties and contingencies which are difficult or impossible to predict and are beyond our control, we cannot assure you that we will achieve or accomplish these expectations, beliefs or projections. As a result, you are cautioned not to rely on any forward-looking statements.
Should one or more of risks or uncertainties related to our forward-looking statements materialize, should any of our assumptions prove incorrect, or should we be unable to address any of the factors which impact our forward-looking statements, our actual results (including those related to our drilling program at Kruh Block and our exploration plans at Citarum Block) may vary in material and adverse respects from those projected in these forward-looking statements. Consequently, there can be no assurance that actual results or developments anticipated by us will be realized or, even if substantially realized, that they will have the expected consequences to, or effects, on us. Given these uncertainties, prospective investors are cautioned not to place undue reliance on such forward-looking statements.
We undertake no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except as may be required under applicable laws. If one or more forward-looking statements are updated, no inference should be drawn that additional updates will be made with respect to those or other forward-looking statements.

Indonesia Energy Discovers Oil at K-29 Well
Production Operations Will Commence in the Next Couple of Weeks
YouTube Live Broadcast Set for
Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 12:15 pm Eastern Time
JAKARTA, INDONESIA AND DANVILLE, CA, Wednesday, September 2, 2026 - Indonesia Energy Corporation (NYSE American: INDO) (“IEC”), an oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Indonesia, today announced that IEC has discovered good quality oil during testing operations at the newly drilled K-29 well at Kruh Block. K-29 was spud on July 25, 2026 and recently reached a total depth of 3,378 feet.
IEC also announced that actual production operations at K-29 are expected to commence in the next couple of weeks. Of particular note to the K-29 well is that the perforation gun used pursuant to Pertamina’s (Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas company) approved perforation targets was naturally bleeding/seeping oil, which is typically viewed as a very good result. This has not been the case in previous wells at the Kruh Block. and the well may begin natural production without a fracturing procedure. IEC expects to gain further data and information as production operations commence. Additionally, the well was drilled with zero lost time injury or other environmental, health and safety incidents.
The drilling rig used at the K-29 well has now been mobilized and is on its way to the WK-5 wellsite to drill that well in continuation of IEC’s planned drilling operations for 2026.
Both K-29 and WK-5 are located within IEC’s approximately 63,000-acre Kruh Block on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia.
As previously announced, IEC will host a YouTube Live presentation featuring its President, Frank Ingriselli, on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. Eastern time/9:15 a.m. Pacific Time.
The live presentation will be accessible at the following YouTube Live link: https://youtube.com/live/o8CkQxnlKZw?feature=share.
During the live presentation, Mr. Ingriselli will provide an update on operations and will take questions live from viewers.
