Effective as of September 13, 2024, Elizabeth J. Huebner has resigned from the Supervisory Board of Jumia Technologies AG (the “Company”). Ms. Huebner was the deputy chairperson of the Company’s Supervisory Board and served on the Supervisory Board’s Risk and Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. The resignation of Ms. Huebner was due to personal reasons.
