Torsten Hagen Jørgensen appointed to Klarna Bank AB Board of Directors

Stockholm, 30 June 2026 – Klarna, the AI-powered payments and commerce network, confirms Torsten Hagen Jørgensen has joined the board of directors for Klarna Bank AB, a subsidiary of Klarna Group Plc. Torsten brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and payments. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Issuing Solutions at Nexi Group, a role he continued to hold alongside his appointment as Group CEO of Nets. Earlier in his career he spent 14 years at Nordea, including roles as Group COO and Deputy CEO and as Executive Vice President and Group CFO.
