As previously reported, on July 1, 2025, the Staff (the “Staff”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC notified Locafy Limited (the “Company”) that it no longer met the periodic filing requirement pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(2) (the “Rule”).

On September 2, 2025, the Company received a letter from the Staff indicating that based on the August 29, 2025, filing of the Company’s Form 6-K containing, among other things, an interim balance sheet and income statement as of the end of the Company’s second quarter, the Staff has determined that the Company complies with the Rule and that the matter is now closed.
