On October 2, 2023, it was announced that the Registrant had declared an interim dividend of $0.13 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on November 1, 2023, to shareholders of record at close of business on October 13, 2023.

Luxfer Declares Quarterly Dividend
MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin, October 2, 2023 – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Luxfer Holdings PLC (NYSE: LXFR) (“Luxfer” or the “Company”), a global industrial company innovating niche applications in materials engineering, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per ordinary share.
The dividend will be payable on November 1, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 13, 2023.
