Resignationof Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hang Sui has resigned as the Chief Operating Officer of NIP Group Inc. (the “Company”) for personal reasons, effective as of October 31, 2025. Mr. Sui will assist the Company in achieving a smooth transition of his job responsibilities. The resignation of Mr. Sui is not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its business, finance, accounting and/or any other affairs.
