On March 12, 2025, Robert Campbell resigned as Director and Secretary of the Company. There are no disagreements or conflicts relating to this resignation between the Company and Mr. Campbell. Mr. Campbell’s service to the Company as a Director and Secretary is greatly appreciated and he will be missed.
No replacement has been made at the time of this filling to fill the vacancies of Mr. Campbell’s positions.
