On December 5, 2023, Organon & Co. (the “Company”) announced that Dr. Sandra Milligan will be departing from the Company on January 5, 2024. Effective December 1, 2023, Dr. Milligan ceased performing her functions as Head of Research and Development, and she will serve as a senior advisor to the Company until her departure on January 5, 2024.
