Departureof Finance Director

Ms Chan Sze Ying tendered her resignation as the Finance Director of Ohmyhome Limited (the “Company”) to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective on March 23, 2024. Ms. Chan’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not due to any disagreement with the Company. Her departure is not related to the operations, policies or practices of the Company or any issues regarding accounting policies or practices.

In the interim, the Company’s Director and Chief Executive Officer, Rhonda Wong, will assume the duties as Principal Financial Officer of the Company.
