Item 8.01 Other Events

On May 5, 2025, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per share of Company common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 9, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 27, 2025.

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Paycom Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

OKLAHOMA CITY – May 5, 2025 – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Paycom Software, Inc. (“Paycom”) (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.375 per share of common stock, to be paid on June 9, 2025, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 27, 2025.
