SIGMALITHIUM TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER 2025 EARNINGS RESULTS ON MARCH 30, 2026


São Paulo, March 04,2026 – Sigma Lithium Corporation (TSXV/NASDAQ: SGML, BVMF: S2GM34), (“Sigma Lithium” or “the Company”), a leading global lithium producer dedicated to powering the next generation of electric batteries with socially and environmentally sustainable lithium concentrate, announces today that it will release its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results before the market opens on Monday, March 30, 2026.

The Company will hold a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results shortly after, on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. EST. Access to the call will be available via webcast. A link to the webcast can be found on Sigma Lithium’s website at:
