On March 4, 2026 SharonAI Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a relationship with World Wide Technology for the deployment of large-scale high-performance compute infrastructure in Australia and Asia-Pacific. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
