The lists from experience management firm Reputation are culled from every business location on the Reputation platform. The Reputation scores measures review sentiment, volume, spread, recency, response and length, along with brand reach and health, social engagement, business listing accuracy and search impressions. Providers that achieve a score of 900 or higher due to their focus on customer satisfaction earn the 900 Award, whereas those achieving a score of 800 or higher earn the 800 Award.
