On July 16, 2022, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada changing the name of the Company to SUIC Worldwide Holdings Ltd. The change of name was effective on November 9, 2022 upon FINRA Approval. No other change was made to the Certificate of Incorporation.
The amendment to the articles of incorporation was approved by a written consent of the holder of common stock, representing 65.5% of the outstanding common stock.
