I am writing to you as Responsible for Market Relations of Telecom Argentina S.A. (“Telecom Argentina” or the “Company”), located at General Hornos 690, City of Buenos Aires, to inform you that today, in connection with the loan agreement (the "Loan") entered into between the Company and the Bank of China Limited (Panama Branch) (“BoC”) on September 19, 2025, the Company received from BoC a disbursement for an amount of RMB 530,000,000 (five hundred and thirty million Renminbi), maturing in September 2028.
