Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on January 16, 2025, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its fourth quarter and year-end 2024 financial results on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at https://investors.terex.com.

Terex Announces Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2024 Financial Results Conference Call
NORWALK, CT. January 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) will host a conference call to review its fourth quarter and year-end 2024 financial results on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Simon Meester, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Julie Beck, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
The Company’s financial results will be issued and available at https://investors.terex.com prior to the call the morning of Thursday, February 6, 2025.
