Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
On October 4, 2022, Two Hands Corporation filed a Certificate of Designation (the "Certificate”) with the Delaware Secretary of State that has the effect of designating 300,000 shares of preferred stock as Series E Convertible Preferred Stock. Each share shall have a par value of $0.0001 per share.
The Certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report.
