On July 20, 2026, USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of the Company’s quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is in the amount of $0.125 per share of Class A common stock and is payable on September 4, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 17, 2026. For additional information, reference is made to the Company’s press release, dated July 20, 2026, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.

QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND ON COMMON STOCK
Press Release
MIAMI, FL – July 20, 2026 – USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: USCB), the holding company for U.S. Century Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of Class A common stock, payable on September 4, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 17, 2026. Future dividend payments are subject to quarterly review and approval by the Board of Directors.
