Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 31, 2026, the Board of Managers of Invesco Capital Management LLC (the “Managing Owner”), the managing owner of the Invesco DB US Dollar Index Trust and each of its underlying series, Invesco DB US Dollar Index Bearish Fund and Invesco DB US Dollar Index Bullish Fund (collectively, the “Funds”), appointed Mr. Matthew Casaccia to serve on the Board of Managers of the Managing Owner, effective as of the close of business on August 3, 2026 (the “Effective Date”). Mr. Casaccia will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Managers. Mr. Casaccia will replace Mr. Jordan Krugman, who, as previously disclosed, gave notice of his resignation from the Board of Managers of the Managing Owner as of the Effective Date.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Casaccia and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Casaccia was appointed to serve on the Board of Managers of the Managing Owner. There are no transactions or proposed transactions between Mr. Casaccia and the Invesco DB US Dollar Index Trust or the Funds, that would be required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation
S-K.
