Item5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangementsof Certain Officers.

On March 22, 2021, Mr. Kevin Williams was elected to the Board of Directors of VoIP-Pal.Com Inc., (the “Company”), and appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

On March 22, 2021, Mr. Barry Lee resigned as Chief Financial Officer and as a director of the Company.

On March 23, 2021, the Company appointed Messrs. Ryan Thomas and Dennis Chang to sit as independent directors on the Company’s board.
