(b) On April 3, 2023, Wendy J. Hills, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of her intention to retire from the full-time practice of law following 25 years of service in the asset management industry. Ms. Hills’ retirement is effective on May 31, 2023, until which date she will assist the Company with various matters, including a transition of responsibilities.
