TCTM****Announces Resignation of Independent Director

TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. (NASDAQ: TCTM) (“TCTM” or the “Company”), a leading provider of IT-focused supplementary STEM education services in China, today announced that Ms. Hongyu Zhang, a former member of the Company’s board of directors, resigned from her duties as an independent director due to personal reasons, effective January 21, 2025. The resignation of Ms. Zhang did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
