Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

Three matters were voted upon by the stockholders of Westlake Corporation (the “Company”) at its annual meeting of stockholders held on May 9, 2024 (the “2024 Annual Meeting”): (1) four members of the Board of Directors of the Company were elected; (2) the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 was ratified; and (3) the Stockholder proposal regarding the preparation of a report on reducing plastic pollution of the oceans was not approved.
