Resignation of Mr. Jun Zhang

Mr. Jun Zhang has resigned as the chief operating officer of Yunji Inc. (the “Company”) due to personal reasons, effective August 17, 2020. Mr. Zhang’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company. The Company is grateful for Mr. Zhang’s valuable contribution to the Company during his term with the Company, in particular his contribution to optimization of the Company’s supply chain management system and operational efficiency, and wishes his continued success in the future.
