Resignation of Mr. Jianhua Lyu

Mr. Jianhua Lyu has resigned as a director and chief sales officer of Yatsen Holding Limited (the “Company”) due to personal reasons, effective May 24, 2022. Following Jianhua's departure, the remaining five (5) directors, including three (3) independent directors, will continue their services to the board of the Company.
