Zentek Announces Management Transition
Guelph, ON - July 11, 2025 - Zentek Ltd. ("Zentek" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: ZTEK; TSX-V: ZEN), an intellectual property technology development and commercialization company, announces that the board of directors has determined not to extend the consulting contract for Greg Fenton, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, when the term expires on March 31, 2026. The Company has begun its search for Mr. Fenton's successor, and, until such successor has been appointed, the Company's current executive team will continue to lead the Company.

"The board of directors is committed to ensuring that the new Chief Executive Officer will drive Zentek's transition from research and development to commercialization."
