of Principal Officers.

On July 9, 2025, John Houston, Ph.D., Chairperson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Arvinas, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his plans to retire from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company following a search for, and the appointment of, a new Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Following his retirement as President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Houston will remain as Chairperson of the Company’s Board of Directors.
