On January 12, 2026, Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Axsome Therapeutics Provides Preliminary Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Net Product Revenue.”

(NASDAQ: AXSM), a biopharmaceutical company leading a new era in the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, today announced preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2025 net product revenues for AUVELITY, SUNOSI, and SYMBRAVO.
Preliminary Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Net Product Revenue (Unaudited)
Based on preliminary unaudited financial information, Axsome expects total product revenue to be approximately $196.0 million for the fourth quarter, representing 65% annual growth compared to the fourth quarter 2024, and approximately $638.5 million for the full year 2025, representing 66% annual growth compared to the full year 2024.
The foregoing information reflects the Company's estimates with respect to net product revenues for AUVELITY, SUNOSI, and SYMBRAVO based on currently available unaudited information. This announcement is not a comprehensive statement of Axsome’s financial results and is subject to completion of Axsome’s financial closing procedures. Axsome’s final financial results will be issued upon completion of its closing procedures and may vary from these preliminary estimates.
