ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 27, 2026, Sarah A. Mussetter notified Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company, to be effective as of May 15, 2026. Ms. Mussetter will continue in her role and assist in the transition of her responsibilities until her departure from the Company.
