Singapore, October 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Sound Group Inc. (“Sound Group” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SOGP), formerly known as LIZHI INC., a global audio-centric social and entertainment company, today announced that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on October 31, 2024 (U.S. Time). The annual report, which contains the Company’s audited consolidated statements, can be accessed on the SEC’s website at http://www.sec.gov and the Company’s investor relations website at https://ir.soundgroupinc.com/.
